2-Ton Capacity for Heavy-Duty Applications
Our new 2-ton capacity I-Beam Trolley is designed to handle loads of up to 4,000 lbs (approximately 1,814 kg) and may be used on 6", 8", 10", and 12" I-beams.
Its rugged construction makes it suitable for heavy-duty material handling systems where dependable load support and smooth trolley movement are essential.
Heat-Treated Bearing Steel Wheels
The wheels are made from bearing steel and heat treated to achieve excellent wear resistance and high load-bearing capacity.
This wheel design is particularly important for heavy-duty applications, where the wheels are continuously subjected to high loads and repeated operation.
The wheels are also bolted for easy replacement, making maintenance more convenient and helping reduce downtime when wheel replacement is required.
Triple Labyrinth Seal for Better Protection
To provide additional protection for the internal bearing components, the trolley is equipped with a triple labyrinth seal.
The sealing design helps protect the bearing area from contaminants and supports reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
