Challenge: A major US garment wholesaler urgently seeking specialized replacement fittings for their overhead conveyor system. Their previous American supplier had closed down, leaving them in need of a new manufacturer.
Requirement Analysis: Although the conveyor components seemed simple, they were actually quite complex, involving chains, bearings, rubber rollers, and specific raw materials.
Process: Camelconvey analyzed the client's sample then began to start this project. Once the parts were completed, Camelconvey assembled and tested them, then sent two sets of samples to the client. The satisfied customer approved the samples without delay. Two months later, 1,500 complete sets of parts were delivered to the customer's garment warehouse, effectively resolving their issue.
