Venezuela, a key player in South America's re-industrialization wave, is accelerating manufacturing modernization under its "Vuelta al Campo Industrial" strategy. Among the flagship upgrades, a leading Venezuelan office-furniture group decided to build the continent's first zero-VOC powder-coating line for steel & aluminum desks, cabinets and shelving. The project is seen as a national pilot for eco-friendly export competitiveness.
After benchmarking suppliers from Europe, China, Turkey and Brazil, the Venezuelan plant selected us—an overhead conveyor specialist—to engineer and commission the entire 208 m closed-loop line. By marrying our high-strength drop-forged rivetless chain with an articulating overhead system, we delivered a dust-free, energy-smart coating solution that supports Venezuela's industrial upgrade and green-export goals.
