Drop Forged Link Chain | Material Handling Conveyor Chain | Agricultural Conveyor Chain Description：
Camel Convey offers forged chain as Standard Forged Chain, X Series Chain and S Series Chain. Standard Forged Chain combines the strength and relatively light weight to make it a good choice for use with trolley, scraper flight and assembly conveyors. All forged construction with thru-hardened links and pins assures long life. X Series chain flexes both horizontally and vertically, which makes it ideal for overhead conveyors with vertical curves. S Series chain features a thru-hardened forged block link, induction hardened steel outer sidebars and induction hardened staked rivets for greater wear resistance, higher system tensions, and positive rivet retention.
Camel convey drop forged chain is made of special heat treated high grade alloy steel, case hardened to Rockwell C57-62 with a ductile core hardness of Rockwell C40.
Camel convey superior heat treatment technique provides the optimum forged chain link with a more resilient ductile core for shock resistance, and an extremely hard exterior surface for superior wear resistance.
