In the case of overhead conveyors, the name says it all: They're conveyor systems that operate above workers and other equipment, utilizing overhead space that would otherwise remain empty. Overhead conveyors typically consist of a continuous chain circuit that runs through the entire track, carriers that are used to handle the material, and a motor in the case of electrically driven systems. Each powered overhead conveyor consists of: A continuous circuit of chain running through track and a variety of vertical and horizontal curves. A Drive unit that grabs the chain and pull it through the track. The chain uses roller bearings to move along the track with minimal friction, and a take-up is used to maintain proper tension on the chain over the service life of the system.
CamelConvey provides overhead conveyor systems designed for a wide range of industrial material handling operations and offers kinds of open overhead conveyor chains, like X348,X458,X678 chain and some enclosed track chains, like 5T, 7T or 8'' chain. They all widely used in the coating line and painting system.
