The CamelConvey 7 Ton Enclosed Track Chain is designed with a two vertical load wheel configuration to effectively distribute the load and reduce pressure on individual bearings. The two horizontal guide wheels ensure even tension distribution when navigating the curves of any track.
This chain features precise engineering and a simple structure. The cross joints are forged from alloy steel, tightly assembled, and interlocked with the chain links without the need for additional connecting components, such as cotter pins. This eliminates the risk of connecting parts loosening or falling off.
Both the load wheels and guide wheels are made from high-quality bearing steel and are heat-treated to ensure durability and wear resistance. The chain plates are constructed from carbon steel and heat-treated to provide flexible maneuvering, enhanced tensile strength, and greater load capacity.
Each load wheel is equipped with a fixed hanger, with a maximum load capacity of 60 kg per hanger. The chain's ultimate tensile strength is 73 kN. For chains without hangers or other hanger options, please contact our sales team.
